Logo files
Choose the version that suits your background. Every file has a transparent background and comes in formats for web, print and signage.
Using the logo
Use the supplied files. Never redraw, retype or edit them. The full stop stays, always.
Clear space
Keep clear space around the wordmark equal to its full height, on every side. Nothing sits in that space: no text, graphics, other logos or frame edges. Think of it as personal space.
Minimum size
Never go smaller than this. Where there is room, go larger. The wordmark is 9mm in print and 25px on screen. The M. icon is 17.5mm in print and 50px on screen.

Two companies in one group, each regulated in its own right. Use the logo that matches the service you are talking about.
Card issuing, accounts and payments.
Monavate. is an FCA-authorised e-money institution. It issues cards, sponsors card programmes and moves money for businesses around the world.
Use this logo for card issuing, BIN sponsorship, accounts, IBANs and payments.
Digital asset card programmes.
Monavate OnChain. is a separately regulated crypto asset service provider. It runs card programmes for crypto and stablecoin businesses, as the programme manager.
Use this logo for digital asset, crypto and stablecoin card programmes.
Working with both? Because each company is regulated separately, each has its own agreement and its own onboarding. On a digital asset card, Monavate OnChain. can appear on the front as programme manager, with Monavate. on the back as the issuer.

Every other rule on this page applies to Monavate OnChain. too: clear space, minimum sizes, typeface and the list of things not to do. Never shorten it to OnChain. on its own.

Our typeface for everything. Free from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Where Poppins cannot be installed, use Helvetica, then Arial.

For partner announcements, events and joint material. Good neighbours, clear fences.
- Side by side. Separate the two logos with a thin vertical rule.
- Equal weight. Match optical height so neither logo dominates.
- Full clear space. Around both logos, and around the pair.
- Keep them separate. Do not merge the logos, place one inside the other or create a combined name.
- Right company, right logo. Use Monavate OnChain. only for digital asset programmes.
- Agreed words only. Describe our relationship in the words we agree with you.
Card programmes. Issuer statements, regulatory wording and card scheme marks are set by your programme agreement and approved by our compliance team. They are not covered here. Speak to your account manager.
Please don't
Our logo has been through a lot. Be gentle. If you are unsure, send us a proof before you publish.
Stretch, squash, skew or distort it.
Recolour it or reduce its opacity.
Add shadows, outlines or effects.
Put it on busy images or low-contrast backgrounds.
Crowd it or break its clear space.
Retype it in any font, or drop the full stop.

Use our description as written. It is kept current, which saves us both an email.

The money held in your Card Account is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means that, unlike a bank account, your funds are not covered by a statutory compensation scheme if Monavate were to fail. Instead, we protect your funds in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. These regulations require us to safeguard customer funds by:
i. keeping them separate from Monavate’s own money; and
ii. holding them in designated safeguarding accounts with authorised credit institutions, or otherwise protecting them in a manner permitted by law.
Safeguarding is designed to ensure that your funds are protected and prioritised if Monavate were to become insolvent. In such circumstances, safeguarded funds should not be available to Monavate’s creditors and are intended to be returned to customers, subject to the insolvency process. While safeguarding is not the same as FSCS protection, it is a regulatory mechanism specifically designed for electronic money accounts to help keep customer funds safe.
